A Yard in Sweden
These pictures were taken on a forgotten yard in Sweden near the Norwegian border in 1990 and 1993.
There were more than 1.500 cars stored in the woods and on green fields. Most are totally rusty by now, but some spare parts are still available. And - of course - you can make great pictures.
Most parts of this location still exist and perhaps will be transformed into a cultural monument (like another one in the south of Sweden).
Let´s hope this one will be saved for the community of rust freaks !

Nearly any type of car from the 50s and 60s could be found in this place!

VW Käfer und Bulli

VW´s stay in large quantities - sadly most of these are now destroyed by part-hunters

Ford Taunus Vedette

Fords are different in most countries 60 years ago.
German, British, American and even French Fords are rusting in peace together.
