The famous Traction Avant was built more than 20 years with little change on the exterior.
Here you can see one of the first examples, built in 1934!
Here´s a car with an optional special grille. Somebody suggested it was manufactured as an "ET" = Emile Tonneline. I wonder why it was still there - must be very rare.
